한국산업융합학회논문집 집필요령

한국산업융합학회에서 발행하는 논문집, 학술대회 논문집, 부문 학술대회 및 기타 논문집 등에 게재하기 위해 심사를 의뢰할 논문 원고 및 기타 원고는 본 집필요강에 의해 작성한다.: 1. 논문 원고의 작성자는 한국산업융합학회 회원을 원칙으로 한다.; 2. 논문 원고 내용에 대한 책임은 저자에게 있으며, 저자는 본 학회의 연구윤리규정을 준수하여야 한다. 연구부정행위가 발생한 경우에는 연구윤리위원회 및 이사회의 의결에 따른다.; 3. 논문의 체제는 다음 순서로 한다.;      (1) 국문 논문

          ⑫ 영문 접수/수정/게재확정일; 4. 논문은 타 학회지에 발표되지 않은 것으로 산업융합 분야의 학문과 기술발전에 기여할 수 있는 독창성이 있어야 한다.; 5. 초록(Abstract)은 영문으로 250단어 이내로 작성하며, 도표 및 참고문헌은 포함할 수 없다.; 6. 논문의 제목은 되도록 간결해야 하고 Keywords는 영문으로 4~10단어 이내로 작성한다.; 7. 논문 원고는 한글 전용 또는 한글·한자 혼용, 영문 전용으로 작성하고, 용어의 의미가 난해할 경우는 ( ) 안에 원어를 명기하도록 한다.; 8. 논문 중에 숫자는 아라비아 숫자를 사용하며, 수량 단위는 SI단위 사용을 원칙으로 하며, 수량과 단위 사이에는 한 칸을 띄어 쓴다.; 9. 논문에 사용되는 표 및 그림은 선명해야 한다. 캡션은 영문(‘Table 1.’, ‘Fig. 1.’ 등)으로 표기하며, 번호 순서에 따라 본문에 위치와 설명을 명기한다. 표의 캡션은 상단 중앙에, 그림의 캡션은 하단 중앙에 표기한다.; 10. 참고문헌은 다음과 같이 영문으로 표시한다. 저자명은 성을 먼저 쓰고 이름 약자를 사용한다. 저자가 2인 이상인 경우 “,”로 구분한다. 각 문헌의 마지막에는 마침표를 찍는다.

(2) 선반 주축의 진동특성에 관한 기존의 연구들[1-5]은; 12. 논문집에 게재하기 위한 논문의 심사는 편집이사회에서 추천한 2인 심사위원의 심사의견과 학회 논문심사 규정에 따라 게재여부를 결정한다.; 13. 접수된 원고는 일체 반환하지 않는다. 제출된 원고 중 심사 통과되어 게재될 논문의 저작권은 본 학회 저작권 규정에 따른다.; 14. 원고는 수시로 접수하며 투고원고의 접수일은 학회에 접수된 일자로 한다.; 15. 본 학회 집필요강에 위배되는 원고는 접수하지 않는다.; 16. 논문집에 논문을 투고할 때는 온라인으로 논문게재신청을 한다. 우선 학회 홈페이지 http://www.ksicon.or.kr/online_paper/에 접속하여 로그인한 후 “온라인 논문투고” 클릭 → “신규 논문투고”를 클릭하여 윤리규정에 동의한 후 저작권 이양동의서와 투고 논문 PDF 파일을 업로드한다. 투고 시 소정의 심사료를 납부한다.; 17. 긴급논문은 논문심사 내규에 따라 심사 및 게재 절차를 신속하게 처리한다. 논문의 게재 순서는 해당 호에 포함되지 않더라도 편집위원회의 승인을 받아 당해 호에 게재할 수 있다.; 18. 논문을 제외한 학회지(해설, 강좌, 특집 등), 학술대회 및 부문 학술대회 논문집에 관한 원고도 본 집필요강에 준하여 작성한다.; 19. 논문집은 2부를 기본으로 하고, 추가로 필요한 경우, 또는 별쇄의 표지를 요청하는 경우에는 저자가 그 실비를 추가 부담한다.; 20. 게재될 논문의 저자는 투고요령에 따른 소정의 게재료를 납부하여야 한다.; 21. 인쇄 과정에서 저자의 원고 교정은 원칙적으로 1회에 한하며, 교정의 책임은 저자에게 있다.; 22. 최종심사 결과 게재가 확정된 경우, 논문의 저자는 최종 심사본의 내용이 담긴 전자파일(hwp 한글 본 또는 MS-word)을 학회에 업로드하여야 한다.

논문 집필사항 점검표: 1. 모든 저자의 소속을 상첨자 기호로 구분하여 표기하였는가?; 2. 교신저자를 * 기호로 정확히 표기하였는가?; 3. 국문 및 영문 저자명의 순서와 표기가 일관되게 작성되었는가?; 4. 영문 저자명 및 소속을 Full Name으로 작성하였는가?; 5. 초록(Abstract)을 영문 형식으로 작성하고, 250단어 이내로 작성하였는가?; 6. Keywords를 영문 형식으로 작성하고, 4~10개 범위로 작성하였는가?; 7. 논문 작성 양식을 제출 논문에 적용하였는가?; 8. 수식에서 상첨자와 하첨자를 정확히 구분하여 표기하였는가?; 9. 그림의 종횡축 설명에 기호와 단위를 명확히 기재하였는가?; 10. 표(Table) 및 그림(Fig.)의 설명(caption)을 영문으로 작성하였는가?; 11. 표(Table) 및 그림(Fig.)을 본문에서 번호 순서대로 인용하였는가?; 12. 본문 중 참고문헌 인용을 상첨자 [ ] 형식으로 표기하였는가?; 13. 참고문헌 중 국문 문헌도 영문으로 표기하였는가?; 14. 논문 구성을 한국산업융합학회 논문집 집필요령에 따라 작성하였는가?

KSIC Guidelines for Authors

KSIC Guidelines for Authors All manuscripts submitted for review and publication in the journals, conference proceedings, sector conference proceedings, or other publications of the Korean Society of Industry Convergence (KSIC) shall be prepared in accordance with these guidelines.: 1. In principle, authors submitting a manuscript must be members of the Korean Society of Industry Convergence.; 2. The authors are responsible for the content of the manuscript and shall comply with the Society’s research ethics regulations. In cases of research misconduct, decisions shall be made in accordance with the resolutions of the Research Ethics Committee and the Board.; 3. The organization of the manuscript shall be as follows.
     (1) For manuscripts written in Korean

          ③ Authors (Korean) (Affiliations shall be indicated using superscripts (e.g., 1, 2, 3), and the corresponding
          author shall be marked with an asterisk (*).)

          used between given names. Superscripts and corresponding author designation shall follow the same format
          as in Korean.)
          ⑤ Abstract (English) (The abstract must be written in English and limited to 250 words. Figures, tables,

The manuscript shall not have been published elsewhere and shall demonstrate originality that contributes to the academic and technological development in the field of industry convergence.; 5. The abstract must be written in English and limited to 250 words. Figures, tables, and references shall not be included.; 6. The title should be as concise as possible, and the keywords shall consist of 4 to 10 keywords in English.; 7. The manuscript shall be written in Korean only, Korean with Chinese characters, or English only. If a term is difficult to translate, the original term may be provided in parentheses.; 8. Numbers in the manuscript shall be written in Arabic numerals. Units shall follow the SI system, and a space shall be inserted between numbers and units.; 9. Tables and figures in the manuscript must be clearly presented. Captions shall be written in English (e.g., ‘Table 1.’, ‘Fig. 1.’). Each table and figure shall be cited in the text in numerical order and accompanied by appropriate descriptions. Table captions shall be placed at the top center, and figure captions shall be placed at the bottom center.; 10. References shall be written in English as follows. Author names shall be written with the family name first, followed by initials. Multiple authors shall be separated by commas. Each reference shall end with a period.

The acceptance of manuscripts for publication shall be determined based on the opinions of two reviewers appointed by the Editorial Board, in accordance with the Society’s review regulations.; 13. Submitted manuscripts shall not be returned. The copyright of manuscripts accepted for publication shall be governed by the Society’s copyright policy.; 14. Manuscripts may be submitted at any time, and the submission date shall be the date on which the manuscript is received by the Society.; 15. Manuscripts that do not comply with these guidelines shall not be accepted.; 16. Manuscripts must be submitted online. Authors shall access the submission system at http://www.ksicon.or.kr/online_paper/, log in, and select “Online Paper Submission” → “New Submission.” After agreeing to the ethics policy, authors must upload the Copyright Transfer Agreement and the manuscript in PDF format. A review fee shall be paid upon submission.; 17. Expedited manuscripts shall be processed promptly in accordance with the Society’s review regulations. Even if a manuscript is not scheduled for a specific issue, it may be published in that issue upon approval of the Editorial Board.; 18. Other types of publications, including journal articles (e.g., commentary, tutorials, special issues), conference proceedings, and sector conference papers, shall also follow these guidelines.; 19. Two copies of the journal shall be provided by default. Additional copies or offprints, including customized covers, may be requested at the author’s expense.; 20. Authors shall pay the publication fee in accordance with the submission guidelines.; 21. Authors are allowed one round of proofreading during the printing process, and all responsibility for corrections rests with the authors.; 22. Once a manuscript is accepted for publication after final review, the authors shall upload the final version of the manuscript in hwp or MS Word format to the Society.

Authors Manuscript Preparation Checklist: 1. Have all authors’ affiliations been clearly indicated using superscript symbols?; 2. Has the corresponding author been correctly marked with an asterisk (*)?; 3. Are the order and format of author names consistent in both Korean and English?; 4. Are the authors’ full names and affiliations written in English?; 5. Is the abstract written in English and limited to 250 words?; 6. Are the keywords written in English and between 4 and 10 words?; 7. Has the manuscript been prepared according to the required formatting guidelines?; 8. Are superscripts and subscripts correctly distinguished in all equations?; 9. Are symbols and units clearly indicated on the axes of all figures?; 10. Are captions for all tables and figures written in English?; 11. Are all tables and figures cited in the text in numerical order?; 12. Are references cited in the text using superscript numbers in square brackets [ ]?; 13. Are Korean references also written in English?; 14. Is the manuscript organized in accordance with the KSIC Guidelines for Authors?
